Resolve

I feel the need to write my thoughts out when I experience episodes of anxiety or worry. I identify the root of the problem and give clarity to my situation and resolve negative thoughts.


‎"Some people say there is no such thing as a problem; there are only opportunities. I concede they may be right. For every problem there is a solution and that solution will have value to others. Documenting obstacles and problems and the solutions you use to overcome them is an opportunity for you to bring value to others."
